Refunds & Return Policy:

 

I want you to be completely happy with your new product/s.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened product/s for a full refund or exchange the product/s for another one, be it similar or not.  You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date of purchase, less any shipping fees incurred by Wannabee.  Any product return must be in the same original condition you received it in, including original packaging and must be accompanied by original receipt.  Products that have been opened and used are NOT refundable.

Custom orders are refundable, if there is a product flaw, that being said, All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

 

In the event of an issue, and in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, I ask you to please deal with Wannabee directly so I can correct  any issues forthright.
