Have you ever tried a Honey Hair Mask? It's incredibly moisturizing and great for all hair types.

Start with clean, damp hair.

Pour 1/2 cup of raw, unheated honey and 1/4 cup of organic olive oil into a bowl, and stir the mixture well.

Start working it into your hair using your fingers or a small paintbrush. Start at the scalp and work your way down to the ends.

Gently massage your scalp with circular motions using your fingertips.

Place a towel or cap on your hair to help seal in the moisturizing ingredients.

Leave on for 30 minutes.

Rinse the mask from your hair and shampoo as usual to ensure you’ve removed all ingredients.

If you have curly or very dry hair, using this mask once per week is the general recommendation. Fine, oily and normal hair types, once every two weeks.

You'll find several variations of honey hair masks online, 90% of whom recommend microwaving the ingredients first. I do not. The wonderfully beneficial enzymes in honey, die when heated, especially so in the microwave.

You can even skip the olive oil in this recipe and use only raw honey. Whatever works for you.

Try it, you'll love the simplicity of this chemical free hair treatment and your hair will too 😊🐝
