Paper certificate can be used on website store by utilizing code on certificate.  Full denomination must be used at time of purchase, as there is no balance tracking.
Alternatively, eGift cards are available, which can track and store balances.  They can be found on main page in the menu.  You will be emailed or can send eGift cards to your recipient.
